LOCKHEED C130 HERCULES
I have photographed the ubiqutos Lockheed C130 Hercules many times over the years and found it to be a great aircraft to fly in and capture with my camera. I worked with the crews from RAF Lyneham over a 12 month period whilst gathering material for my book 'Red-on-GO! This as a celebration of the RAF No1 Parachute Training School at RAF Brize Norton. Another book was 'Fat Albert' the term given to the Herc by its RAF crews. All photographs © Jon Davison.
