CAC BOOMERANG
CAC BOOMERANG
The Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation Boomerang was a World War II fighter aircraft designed and manufactured in Australia between 1942 and 1945. The air-to-air shoot was for Aerotec, located at Toowoomba in Queensland. I photographed this very rare aircraft from an Aerotec T6 Texan flown by Matt Handley. The 'Boomer' was flown by NZ pilot Wayne Milburne. Grateful thanks to Tom Allibone, Lynette Zuccoli, Matt Handley and Wayne Milburne. All photos @ John Davison 2003.
