Helistar Helicopters is Lake Taupo’s leading tourist flight
and aerial work helicopter company operating a fleet of modern jet
helicopters from their flight centre just five minutes drive north
of Taupo.
Taupo is in New Zealand’s North Island, set on the edge of Lake
Taupo, the southern hemisphere’s largest crater lake (in fact,
it is the size of Singapore!).
In operation since 1991 and owner operated by Bruce and Nicole Lilburn,
Helistar Helicopters is a family run business specializing in scenic
flights and aerial work. Based by the iconic Huka Falls.
